Customer service provided quick answers to my product questions. Ordered log set with burner online and everything arrived two days later. All parts were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend Blazzing Fire!

Exceptional customer service
This company is great to work with. I was looking for a hard to find gas log set. They listed it as in stock. I emailed them on the weekend and got a response first thing Monday morning. Melanie has already confirmed that it was in stock. I placed the order and it was shipped the same day. My order, consisting of 3 boxes and 100+ lbs, was received 2 days later. Free shipping!! I received the service I expected but very seldom get. Thank you Blazzing Fire!

Super Fast Shipment!! I was a first time buyer and they were advertising 10% off your first order. When I received my order I noticed that the 10% was not applied to my order.
