Great service and great price
Thanks to another vendor’s misinformation, including false advertising, I had to continue my search for the Dimplex Revillusion 20" Plug-In Birch Log Set. Not only did BlazzingFire.com have exactly what I was looking for but they also had choice of wood-like logs. No other vendors offered or even provided info on choice of “wood.” I chose birch and in addition to already discounted price they offered an an additional 15% Veteran’s Day discount. Within two days the item was shipped and delivered within 5 days of order date!

A Great Company to do Business With
The fire logs arrived ahead of scheduled delivery date, and were intact with no breakage. Fairly priced, and one of the few vendors who still stock the specific kind of Peterson logs I was trying to replace. They also included a nice thank you note from Melanie, which was a nice touch.

Building New Home
I’m building a new home and ordered the RBF42. I received the product quickly and in good condition. I will follow up with a review on how the fireplace works in several months. I’m having it wired for 240 volts. Blazing Fire has been great to order from.
