Excellent value & exceptional customer service. Competently helped me choose two high quality gas log sets to convert existing wood fireplaces. One flue system turned out to have enough issues it wasn't economical to repair. Blazzing Fire worked with me to return the unopened gas log set we couldn't use. Then they helped pick the right electric fireplace insert to ensure it fit the existing fireplace opening. This level of customer service & support is outstanding and adds significant value over and above the quality products they sell.
