Great customer service
Shipment arrived on time. Fire glass is beautiful. Unfortunately the burner I purchased was wrong (my mistake) and I had to return it. Their technical assistance and customer support were both very helpful.

just like the picture
I ordered some Caribbean Blue fire glass and the product looked just like the picture online. it shipped quickly and the price was less than other competitors that I was considering.
