Everyone take notes
I have been looking for just replacement logs for several months and came across some I really liked at Blazzing Fire. I know very little about what logs to buy but after I measured the old logs and firebox, I ordered what I thought would fit. The next day I received a call From Chris who wanted to make sure these logs would work for me. After a few minutes it was established that these would not work and he wanted me to send him the information on my fireplace so he could find some that match. I did this and the next day, he contacted me with with all the information I needed. Unfortunately the burner I had was discontinued several years ago so I had to buy a new burner and all. But with that being said, Chris worked hard to make sure I got what I needed instead of just sending me what I ordered. Not only did he go above and beyond, but the company is American and employ Veterans so its a win win all around. If I could give more stars I would, thank you for doing it right Blazzing Fire!!

An outstanding alternative to restoring…
An outstanding alternative to restoring an old fireplace! Realistic flames. Great heat source. We love it!

Manual pilot
Instructions were a little vague for a non-professional installer. Price was excellent and delivery was quick. A little disappointed that with the remote controller as the pilot had to be on all the time. I’m using A 20 pound propane tank in an outside enclosed kitchen. May only use it a couple times a week for temporary heat. Having the pilot on all the time does consume propane which would not be as much of a problem with natural gas.
