Quality product!!

We are very pleased by this new fireplace grate. We had our original grate (inexpensive model from Lowes) for many years and when it broke, we debated the need to give ourselves a grate upgrade (how much difference does a more expensive grate really make?) Well, after having about 6 fires with our new grate thus far, it really does make a difference. We can't believe how well our fire is burning. The grate is well made, very heavy and burns wood incredibly well. I definitely recommend this grate. We ordered on-line, and despite COVID related challenges affecting many on-line retailers, the product was shipped out quickly and came in excellent condition.

I was amazed how quickly they filled my order of realfyre logs. They arrived yesterday and are perfect in my fireplace. I would highly recommend Blazzing Fire.

The order process was quite easy and simple to follow. But since I haven’t received my order yet it’s difficult to say much more.

The fireplace arrived sooner than I expected as it was on back order! The unit was very well packaged to protect it during shipping. So far we only have it temporarily setup in our master bedroom and it look great! Very pleased with the features and look forward to many cozy winter evenings reading and web surfing in bed! There is however one thing I’ve noticed, the ribbon cable that powers the LED lights at the left top of the unit need to be concealed better as they catch the light creating a distraction from the fire. I was able to tuck them up a bit but will need some double sided tape to hold the cable out of the way. The right side doesn’t have the same problem!
