Best online shopping experience I've…
Best online shopping experience I've had - hands down. I knew what I wanted, these guys had it at a sale price significantly lower than what I expected to pay. Online purchase was flawless and secure. With free shipping - I expected 7-10 days to receive the goods since it was large and heavy. Nope - I was shocked when it arrived within 2 days. To top it off - they threw in some free swag for their BBQ business line. Thanks for the efforts - folks. You've won my repeat business!

Not usually the type to write reviews
Not usually the type to write reviews, but the customer service at Blazzing Fire was absolutely amazing after we caused our own issues! (We ordered the incorrect firebox because, as newbies, we thought "glass media" referred to the covering over the firebox, not the small glass pebbles that are often used for a modern look in a fireplace.) Blazzing Fire worked with us to exchange the mistaken "glass media" firebox for the log set firebox we actually wanted. They not only shipped the replacement immediately, they also refunded the difference in costs simultaneously and gave us a discount on the final product! We LOVE our new fireplace and this company. We will definitely look to them first for any future needs.
