The size of fire glass rock was small and sharp. The color was pretty. The service was fine but wish I'd gotten the rounded bigger rock.

Dear Betty, We appreciate the kind words about our service. We regret that you are not 100% happy with the fire glass. Although the smaller broken glass gives more play with the reflected light, it can be quite sharp. We hope that once placed in your fire feature, that issue would be nullified. Best Regards, The Blazzing Fire Team

Soothing fire for not much money - relatively speaking
I was suspect when taking it out of the box. However, once it was plugged in and going, i loved it. Added andirons to it as well to finish off the look.

Customer service was friendly and helpful after I received what seemed to be a previously returned product with a broken log.. and opened packaging.
Response from Blazzing FireOct 31, 2019
Dear Jeff, Thank you for the order and taking the time to let us know how we are doing. We regret the problem experienced with your order. Due to the nature of the log sets, a piece can be damaged in shipping although every effort is made to avoid that. We appreciate you allowing us to make it right for you. The shipment came fast and the logs were in great shape. Very easy to install and they look great. We have not burned them as we do in the cold of winter so the logs have a smell to them. I hope that will go away soon. Joe

The heat shield looks great
The heat shield looks great, the only thing is that its a little short in size for the 2 sides. Its not quite long enough but if I want a size bigger then the back would not fit correctly. I love it, and I have it installed. I would highly recommend this product, and company to anyone. Great product...
