My local furniture store put a unit on order for me with clear expectations of when in our construction process we would need it. When that time came, they said sorry, we can’t have it here for 3 months. My wife and I were obviously angry and had to scramble to find something crazy fast. Blazzing Fire came through for me with flying colors. They had the unit in stock, shipped it to us fast, and gave me personal attention via phone and chat to calm my fears. On top of that, they offered some kind of mfg discount. All in all, one of the best online ordering and fulfillment experiences that I have had. Keep up the good work!

My set arrived in a timely manner, and the product itself is beautiful. It has a wonderful weight and sturdiness to it, the aesthetic is exactly what I wanted to match my fireplace screen and the scheme of the room. It's hard to find that color, in a multitool set without breaking the bank. This set was available at the best price at Blazzing Fire website. But above all it's a pleasure to use, heavy duty, yet beautiful.
