Good Conflict Resolution and Communication
*Final Update - The Blazzing Fire team was able to get my fireplace out in time for the contractor. After the initial issues they were very communicative on timing and got it out just when we needed. Mel and team cared about making things right which is always appreciated. *Update - The Blazzing Fire team has been communicative and helpful getting this resolved. Hoping the fireplace will be delivered soon. Horrendous experience so far with this company. Ordered online with the expectation to ship within 3-4 days. Nothing online said it was not yet available. Then they said 5-7 weeks. We knew about supply chain issues which is why we gave ourselves a few month’s cushion so it was no problem. 7 weeks later I have to call them. Said they are “looking into it” and will get back to me that day. No response. Called again this morning and now we are being told it will be ANOTHER 7-8 weeks. So almost a FOUR MONTH delay. With no guaranteed date. Now we are stuck because our contractor comes late April for the remodel and we have to see if anyone else has them in stock. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I understand supply chain issues but the lack of transparency is completely unacceptable.

Pilgrim products and good service
I purchased a Pilgrim Fireplace Screen, wood holder and tool set. The product is very high quality and looks great. The fireplace screen arrived with some visible damage on the handles which occurred during shipping. Both Pilgrim and Blazzing worked with me and agreed to send replacement doors, since the handles were welded on. I received the items very quickly, at a competitive price and their customer service quickly resolved the issue with damage. Very happy.
