EXCELLENT-great customer service!!
I am very cautious when looking to make an online purchase from a company that I am not familiar with - I did some research, checked reviews, even called and spoke with the folks at Blazing Fire. We decided to purchase our Dimplex Ignite XL 60” Linear Electric Fireplace with river rock & log kit from them - AND I could not be happier with that decision!!!! Their pricing was excellent, they were always more than helpful whenever I called with questions - and kept me informed of the progress of my order....it arrived as promised, the delivery process was also perfect - I cannot thank them enough -- and would highly recommend them! Kudos to Blazing Fire!!! I would definitely use them again for future purchases!!! (we love the fireplace too!!!) MANY THANKS!!
