My red chimney was supposed to arrive on Wednesday, but Tuesday, I got a call saying they were out so I changed my chimney color to tan, and told the lady I Have to have it by Friday. Friday afternoon it did arrive to my surprise Thank-You for getting it to me.

Really like this ash bucket after I repaired the bent lid so it would fit correctly. Overall I like it but they need to improve packaging to eliminate dents, etc.

you did great pre order...but then I asked for the order to be held and you shipped it nayway. can't tell you how much trouble this caused me. I am in early renovation stage and this was left outside my door in a neighborhood that I dont trust. now it is in my garage...but I can't open it or inspect it for months. Hope it got there ok, becuase if not, there will be an issue I am sure. Just hoping order is complete and arrived safely...we'll know in august.

The only reason a 4 was given is because we just purchased this product so we don't know longevity as it hasn't been installed yet. Tested, works and is quite elegant. Can't wait to see it in the clients home. As for availability--5+ they had it when I couldn't find anywhere else. (The birch wood seems to be quite popular these days). Shipping/Delivery--5+++++ Came a few days early as a matter of fact! Packaging was very sturdy and all parts arrived in great shape. Best part out of all, I even saved $26 purchasing from Blazzing Fire vs. our go to supplier. Gotta LOVE a deal!

My order arrived much sooner than expected. Have not installed yet, but I am impressed with the speed of service and pricing.

The product was delivered as described, however due to USPS logistical issues, it arrived later then originally expected.

I recently ordered a 24” log set gas insert. The service was excellent and called with a few questions and the guy was helpful. I did order 2 day fed ex shipping and took over 4 days to receive. I emailed customer service and with in 2 days my account was credited the shipping charge. Great service and I’m happy with the insert

A little expensive but looks great. Easy install. I did it myself. Already had gas line there from previous ceramic wood log set.
