Avoid this company at all costs. They sent me the wrong item and I am still waiting for the replacement over 4 months later. I keep being told they are waiting on the part. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced

I paid for something and there was no follow-up by your staff. But I did call and speak to a rep I was told the soonest I would receive the part was the end of July unless I could come up with the proof of purchase..!!!

Order went smoothly until delivery. They scheduled us for delivery from 8am-5pm so we made sure to stay home all day. Around 4:30pm I called the delivery office because nothing has been sent and someone was supposed to call 30 minutes before coming. Upon calling they said they have no record for my delivery. I was on the phone for quite a bit of time. Finally I checked the tracking number myself and it said delivered. I checked my ring camera notification and no one had rang the doorbell. I checked the videos and noticed someone dropped off something and left. I went outside and the fireplace is left blocking my garage door in the rain. We hurriedly moved it inside because it has been raining and was about to be pouring. They made us stay home for a whole but no one called, and when they delivered they didn’t even knock or ring. Terrible service.

I just installed the fire pit natural gas last week ,the light and all the modes are not working, defective fuses .I hope they will send someone to fix this issue.

I paid over $1,000.00 for vent free logs. Had them installed and saw the very blue flame-- which I do not like at all. The images online look like a real fire. I called the very next morning after installation and asked if I could exchange for vented logs and was told no by the owner. The logs were on for less than 5 seconds when installer was here. I still have all of the original packaging. I would never purchase again from a company with such bad customer service. And I would never recommend to anyone.

I really like the Shoreline Designer Oak log set, however, I have a tall opening and the assembled height is really low. The P45 burner was supposed to come with optional legs to raise it. There were no legs and no apparent way to attach the legs. I contacted the company who in turn forwarded to RH Peterson. I was notified that a warranty replacement was on its way. I assumed it was a burner with legs. This morning I opened up a box of legs and screws. I called to say again I had a burner with a flat bottom and no way to attach the legs. After confirmation from the warehouse, I was just told that I needed to modify it myself. A lot of money to spend for that kind of customer service.

Log arrived broken and order stated all included with burners and all inclusive package but they only sent logs for the amount of $265 dollars which was very deceiving ! The online image and description shows all inclusive ! Very DISAPPOINTED

Terrible packaging and quality control My bag of fire glass arrived split open with glass pieces all over the bottom of the box also glass pieces were supposed to be 1/2 and many were crushed and 1/4 inch or less very disappointed would not recommend purchase of this product to anyone
