AMAZING customer service!! Blazing Fire has to be one of the GREATEST companies I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to helping customers with their purchases! They got back to me within one hour with an answer to our question and we had the whole transaction completed within that hour. Shipping was very quick and I had no problem at all with the packaging. Rep was so courteous and very knowledgeable. Would never hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. You will be very glad you purchased from this veteran-owned company!! They truly CARE!!!

Blazing Fire was great to work with. They gave us a great deal on our electric fireplace and it was nice to actually speak with a representative when I called. She was very thorough and professional. The product came quickly and was as represented on their web page plus we paid no shipping or tax. Blazzing Fire is a fine company. Thank you for making this a good experience.
