The item wasn't exactly as shown online but is still a quality product, attractive and will do the job. Shipped quickly.

I purchased a Vestal vented ash dump door just before Christmas. The product arrived promptly but turned out to be of such poor quality that I couldn't even use it. I give Vestal zero stars for their quality but Blazzing Fire gave my money back including the shipping costs so that was the next best possible outcome.

Love my electric logs. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the remote is very cheap and doesn’t consistently work properly.
