I ordered the Blaze X laser and camera back in August. I received the machine in a few days and a tracking # for the camera the next day after that order. Since that August day (the 20th) I have received three different emails with three different tracking numbers (2 were UPS, 1 was the USPS) and when tracking. It get that the package is still waiting to be picked up. I get replies when I try to get updated tracking info but get ignored when requesting to cancel the order. I won’t be doing business with this company again. Beware!!! UPDATE After seeing this review I received yet another email informing that another camera had shipped. It arrived on the other side of my city, sat at a Veho facility for 5 days, and was shipped back to Blaze X because it said they attempted several delivers but it could not be delivered. No attempt was ever made, I’m here all day. I bought a camera from Amazon (Blaze X) and that is that. Done with that company.

Had my machine less than 2 weeks, was doing a standard cut project yesterday and the machine caught fire inside my home!

Absolute nightmare of a company. They have so far only sent one part of the parcel I ordered , this was miss delivered by Royal mail and subsequently disappeared. Royal mail have admitted liability to me however Blazex won't refund my money. It's been two months and I'm still fighting them. Avoid at all costs. This has been going on since June 12th

Absolutely terrible experience with BlazeX. My order was never completely fulfilled, yet they expected me to pay return shipping. They claimed missing items were “out of stock” while continuing to advertise them for sale with delivery within days. They also tried to withhold my refund for an air assist they never even sent until I returned the machine. I ultimately had to dispute the charges through Afterpay myself. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach, their listed WhatsApp number doesn’t work, and their return process is unnecessarily difficult. I have screenshots and receipts documenting everything. I would not recommend BlazeX.

I received a faulty machine that blew a breaker in my home. I unplugged it and contacted for a return and have been fighting back and Forth on it for over a month. They want me to take a video recreating the incident which I don’t want to risk and now they want I to Charge me a return fee and a depreciation fee for a product I never used!

They advertise a package deal and don’t mention they do not have all the items in order because they say it’s back ordered. I got on unofficial Facebook page and everyone is saying company is shady. They request an outrageous restock fee and you have to pay shipping to send back.

I originally ordered the Laser, their description of product was not correct, I figured they wouldn't take it bk without me having yo pay more!!!! Seriously. Before getting the laser, I ordered the air assist and purifier, when I realized the size of the laser, I tried to cancel the order. They have fought me tooth and nail. Guess reinforcements will come next. This so called company should be sued for multiple things, shut down and made to pay everyone bk that ordered any product from them.

I honestly wouldn’t even give them 1 star! They are absolutely horrible. I ordered 2 months ago with the advertised shipping 2-3 days. I still haven’t received all my order! They customer service is a joke! I asked for a charge back and they sent proof of delivery but the delivery was only a few of my items. I would NOT recommend them to anyone!
