It would be better if the brightness can be adjusted lower for kids playing indoors.

Ordered December16th. They shipped immediately but it is the 30th and have not received them. Blazepods response is that holidays and weather has slowed shipping but they have not left the last location since Decwmber 21st. Roads are opened and there should be no problem getting here. Something else must have happened.

Blaze Pod folks are awesome. Can’t say the same for the postal service but I know this is the crazy time of year so I’m cutting the some slack. You guys are great to work with. Thanks and Happy New Years Ron

when buying expensive blazepods that react terribly badly to touch, be prepared to pay 150 euros a year.

Players love it and it makes practice fun. A lot of different things you can do with the pods

It works incredibly well, giving more variety to my work outs & making things fun. It also helps me train my reaction time & balance for motorsports which I love!

The product is Great in theory but of course like many new electronic products the company wants you to purchase a subscription app that cost $$$ for the product to have increased services. They also made the pods unstable but of course you can purchase additional base parts so they don’t tip over so easily- why not include those bases with the initial purchase! Would not recommend them based on the corporate greed and lack of basic uses without the app subscription

We want to return it. How do we go about doing that? Or who do we contact?
