Excellent and quick help!

Problems resolved. Happy customer

Prompt, kind, and helpful service right from the first message!

After being introduced to BlazePod by a friend and using theirs, I checked them out and I was surprised how reasonably priced they are, I have always wanted something like BlazePod’s after seeing them used by motorsport teams, so once I found them I and checking out a few alternatives, I decided to go with BlazePods and they are well build and the app looks much better built than some other cheaper pods I found, I went for the PT Ultimate Bundle which give me plenty of options for both Wall and Floor usage, I had to contact customer service as i missed the option for Pro subscription, they were quick to help me and offered me a satisfactory solution,

The product is great. Well built, and sturdy. But.... after spending $400 on the pods and having limited programs to chose from and asking me to sign up for a year membership to access the bells and whistles like being able to build my own program or editing the limited ones I am able to choose from is a kick in the pants! I would like the ability to edit or modify or build my own without having to pay for an additional subscription. At least or at a bear minimum allow users to edit the limited FREE programs !!! :(

The Pods have increased our treatment options, increased client engagement and made treatment even more fun.

Great customer service, easy transaction

Amazing after sales and customer satisfaction service
