Ordered through their website, used the virtual assistant, which connected me to customer services, to ask if any promotions available for the product I wanted; BlazePod Trainer Bundle, they very generously gave me 10% without hesitation. I completed order then received an email from their customer support team advising me there was better offer and before I had chance to do anything refunded me the difference to match the better offer. Exceptional service, never received the likes of it from anywhere else. I feel there is value in product so I chose to donate the difference to charity.

The blaze pods are amazing! I bought them to work with the clients that have Parkinson’s and it’s been the greatest addition to our work together. They are very well made and travel well. I recently bought the suction cup accessory packs and love the versatility this provides. If you are considering getting these, do it!

I need help using the ones I bought. It's impossible to figure out how to use them for other "games" for my senior population. When I reached out and asked for help over the phone, I was told you didn't have that type of help available and that I should "refer to the app" that I now pay $10/month for that I never use. The worst $1,500 I ever spent. Wish I never bought it.
