As with many others, after a month, and numerous excuses, I never received the product from Blaux. I believe this company is fraudulent and I will NEVER deal with them again. Still trying to get order cancelled and refunded, after at least 4 emails to them. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! Do not deal with them!

Be forewarned! It is hard to write a review for a product that never was delivered. I gave the Blaux the requisite 30 days. Can't say much about it because it was never delivered! I filled out their contact form twice and not a peep from this so-called company.

I bought 2 Blaux bidet for presents, but my relatives don’t want them. The product was never opened, and still in original packaging. I asked customer service for return instructions 4-5 x, but I can’t get an answer. The customer service is horrible. I had bad experience with this company before but I forgot about..I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Auszug aus der E-Mail des Supports an mich: I am sorry to inform you I was unable to process the refund of your order back to your original form of payment as our account has been disabled by our payment processor. We can offer you 100% of your order's value in Store Credits to use on your next purchase with us. There are many more products waiting for you in our store, which we would love for you to try out.

If I could give a minus 100 I would. Totally useless company. I ordered 4 Blaux Bidets on 25 November 2022. It is now May 2023 and I have emailed constantly as I am in Australia and initially I would get a response like ‘your package is on its way’ and then nothing. Now considering this cost $157.93 I am more than annoyed. The order number was 2220069867 from the 25 November 2022. Warning to all. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I ordered 4 Blaux Bidets and received them. I also purchased the warranty for each of them. Two of them are defective and the others stop working. Tried reaching out to them but they keep sending me in a loop saying they can’t find my information. I’ve sent them a copy of the receipt as well as the warranty but still no help. This has been going on for 3 months now. Looking for a Consumer Attorney now since they want to play games Replying to the message: Hi Gaia, Here is my Order Number: 2219482571

If I could give a zero star I would. We ordered our product in Dec 2022 and received the product in Jan 2023, they charged our cc on 12/20/22. When we received the product and determined we wanted to send it back we tried calling and received no response. So we emailed them and they told us we could not return the product because we were outside of their 60 day return period. We tried calling and emailing again & even sent a copy of our cc statement showing they billed us 12/20/27 still and asked for a Return Authorization Number. No response... We disputed it with our cc company who gave us a credit and then this month 3/2023 reversed our credit because they said Blaux paperwork they sent to them showed they shipped it in Oct 2020. Our box shows a ship date of 12/27/22 but their name is not on the label. And the cc representative asked how could we prove they were lying.... Jan 18th, 2023 was our first email to them - our calls were before that date.
