Arrived today & not impressed
Arrived today & not impressed. Had heater on an hour in my room, temperature in room only went to 16°C. I d like a full refund as it does not heat quickly as stated but company wants me to cover costs of returning; paid shipping costs already for it to get here, £ 8 something.

No chance of returning the heaters they…
No chance of returning the heaters they supplied as the contact form and phone numbers don’t work, feel like it’s a bit of a con. The heaters are no where near powerful enough to heat a room

I ordered three on Blaux website and I only received two. I spoke with them and they said I ordered two. The price I paid is on the website and still says it's the price for three. I would avoid buying direct.

no product received after 3 weeks
no product received after 3 weeks. Tried the contact form as i didnt see a phone# to call keeps on going to capcha and doesn’t send. Chat option … 30 mins it said “ To better assist you with your inquiry, I am going to transfer you to a more knowledgeable and experienced customer support representative. Thank you for your patience and understanding.” and magically connection is lost. i tries several times at diff time of the day.

I ordered a product and received a receipt but no tracking number or order confirmation. I have repeatedly attempted to contact customer service via email and phone and have had no reply. I agree with other reviewers that the company is just a scam operation.

AVOID!!!
My dad placed an order on 19th Jan, money has been taken yet we haven't heard a thing. Haven't received a confirmation for the order or any tracking. Getting hold of anyone from customer service is impossible! Pls avoid this company ! Editing to reply: I didn't receive any confirmation of my order. All I received was a receipt number...Receipt #1044-4941 I can share a screenshot if you provide me a contact email. I would have thought you can find my order from the name of receipt number. I look forward to hearing from you and getting a resolution. Edit: you replied to say you would look into my issue but then I don't hear anything! Please can you let me know how best to contact you? Thank you!

Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. You could heat up your room quicker with your hairdryer on cool. NO HEAT AT ALL. Waste of money. Huge con.
