why isnt an ATTorney General somewhere putting these people in jail? Waited 4 months for a delivery that was supposed to take a week. When the product arrived it didnt work anyway. Scam company, scam product in my opinion. They should NOT be allowed to advertise this aS A PERsonal air conditioner. It is nothing more than a basic very small fan blowing air over an ice cube. the unit is 4" square or so and it is nothing but a childs toy.

Waiting for order or my refund. Ordered back in June. Email them a couple of times said I would get my refund by now.

Scam, never received the item

This is the worst scam cpmany in Hong Kong. They have professional site and profisional ads all over. You will get inspired by their products. However, you will never receive anything, they get your money and that's it. Never trust them. They have thousands of victims. Must be reported and followed by police. Not more than clever criminals.
