Worst company ever dealt with. I purchased the portable AC and it took more than a month to ship even though they charged my credit card same day I placed the order which a serious company don't do. Then it took more than a month to ship and when I finally got it I received the AC but not the same as they advertised. I've got a fan with a water tank that i was supposed to freeze every two hours to get "cold air"!!....What a scam and to get a refund after paying back $40 for shipping it was a nightmare even when they advertise "no hassle returns". I agree, this guy should be in jail, we all should find a way to make this viral.

I want to give 0 stars. Ordered the units, tried numerous times to cancel with no response from the company-finally was told I couldn’t cancel as the order had been shipped. I returned the product to the approved return address, it was received in September and signed for by an employee. I still have not received a refund and now they want to give me a credit for some online store. I have interacted with 4-5 customer service representatives with no resolution. The phone # listed does not allow you to talk to anyone, it goes straight to a survey. I have reported this company to Ripoff Report. It is a total scam!

Everybody needs to write to the Better Business Bureau and tell them about their experience with this company. Blaux is a fraudulent company. Don’t become one if its victims. The portable a/c units are not as advertised. Their website states that if you are not satisfied with your order, you can ship it back and receive a refund. This is a lie. The owner should be in prison.

Ordered battery powered ac unit waited 5 weeks got them. we ordered 2 they were not battery powered as advertised. Contacted Blaux and they offered 20% off if we kept them. We said no this is not what we ordered. They gave us an address to return them and said they do not pay return shipping cost. I just paid $31.83 to return them. Buyer beware do not order anything from them. They are not reputable co. They didn't give us what we ordered and it cost me to return them. when they didn't give me what I ordered. 0 stars they take a long time to reply to any emails. Don't do business with them I'm sorry we did.

I live in California and ordered 2 units for myself and my neighbor for $189.00 They arrived in good condition 2-3 weeks later. Mine would not hold its charge for longer than 2 hours. The next time I tried a little bit longer but the #1 issue was that it did NOT cool my room down at all. I emailed the company explaining my issue, asking for a refund. They responded the next day offering a 20% discount if I kept the item. I said no. The next email gave me an address to mail the package to and specified that the cost of return shipping was up to me. I expected maybe $20 at the most but USPS's cheapest rate was $47 to the East Coast.

This nothing but a scam. I ordered August 29, 2020 sent wrong item. Still waiting for correct item going on 2 months now. Spoke with several customers service representative but refuse to refund me my money. Asked for corporate information they said they would email me. But I didn't receive any email notification. Do not order from this company Blaux...scam..scam..scam

Purchased 2 Blaux portable AC units for $189. Received 2 Artic air units . Trying to figure out how to return for a full refund and the company has a tangled web of nonsense that leads to excuses for why you can’t contact them. BEWARE of BLAUX, criminals I suspect
