This company makes crap and markets it as pure gold. I spent waaayyyy too much money on a product that was not at all as described. I waited 6 months for it to arrive, which of course is outside the 90 day credit card limit. It is so obvious a scam that I'm not even bothering with a refund.

If you want to cool your wrists for 5 minutes by placing them right next to this pathetic machine, go for it; otherwise, spare yourself the cost, not to mention the impossibility of getting a refund. This 'machine' is powered by ice cubes that you have to keep reloading. ANY small table fan will be a better purchase. And, as I said, if you are foolish enough to buy one and want to return it, be prepared to get lost in a hive's nest of excuses and 'technicians' reading from prepared texts to avoid answering your complaint. I've been waiting over five months for my refund. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR CLAIMS!

I returned my a.c. unit and they will not refund my money!! They say there was a glitch of their computers and they can no longer process my refund. They want to give me a store credit!! I do not want anything else from this fraudulent company!!! Just give me my money back!!

I am sorry I can't give a lower rating. Been waiting over two months for my delivery and I now realise that this company is a scam.

Unfortunately cant give zero stars. This company is an absolute scam. They have credit card policies figured out. They deliberately delay delivery, they deliberately send you the wrong product, they deliberately delay there response by 4 months before they reach out to you regarding your return and then tell you you sent it back too late. Credit card companies have a 60 day policy regarding transaction disputes, by the time you have figured this out its too late. The credit card companies wont help you. Its only a matter of time before this becomes the new M.O. of fraudulent companies across the board. Super frustrated that I have been ripped off, despite my many efforts to remedy this from the get go.

Iam unfortunately another person just scamed by this company,the small item arrived 5 days ago tried it once and realised this was nothing like as described a small desk top fan works better which you can purchase for $20,I have emailed the company but no help was offered 20% which I declined telling them I want a full refund as I was returning to the Mascot Sydney address what it was sent from but was given a add in China in another email from a person called Roy I responded saying NO I was not returning to bloody CHINA but to the warehouse add in Sydney,now after reading these reviews Iam reluctant to pay more postage for something that I will never receive a refund for.The owner of this business should be charged with theft.

This company is a total SCAM. I ordered 3 portable units on 7/14/2020 and received them after 8/21/2020. They were not as advertised and didn't work. On 9/11/2020 I mailed them back to the address they gave me requesting a refund. They received the units and on numerous occasions emailed me that the refund of $240 was coming. I kept all my requests and all their replies. Today, 1/8/2021 they emailed me saying my refund request was 180 days old and could not be honored but maybe I could get a credit. This is BS. If there is a class action lawsuit sign me up!!!!
