This company is full of crooks and now…
This company is full of crooks and now they have teamed up with an events app to pay people $20 (and a free product) to give a 5 star Trustpilot review. Please look past these fake and paid for positive reviews and look at all of the real reviews from people that have been lied to and ripped off by Blaux.
Response from blaux.comMar 7, 2021
Hi Chelly. We assure you this is a legitimate business and as we all know, Trustpilot is an independent and reliable consumer review website that would certainly not allow any form of action that would imply fraud or deceit. We encourage our consumers to voice out their feedback so we can further improve not just our product but also our overall services. If you are a VERIFIED customer, kindly send your order details so we can check how we can further assist you. We're not perfect and sometimes we may have issues. We'll own up to it and would do our best to make things right.

Blaux is a RIPOFF! DO NOT BUY!!
I preordered 3 units in July of 2020. I received them in October of 2020 and was unhappy with their performance. I had opened two of the three units and since I couldn't return the opened units, I returned the other unit in October. After numerous emails and promises of a credit which still hasn't happened, I received an email stating: Thank you for your reply. I have attempted to process a refund for you through our system, and the refund processor has rejected it due to being outside of the 180 day mark. Your original payment was processed on Jul 3, 2020. I do sincerely apologize, we are not able to send refunds any other way. We would still be happy to assist and get you the value of your money back to you. We will be sending you a store credit to use at WEBSITE. The credit will be of equal value to the refund you would have received. Kind regards, Jazmyn DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM BLAUX! DEFINITELY A SHADY WAY TO DO BUSINESS.

Hi David. We’re normally known for our exceptional attention to detail, and we regret that we missed the mark. We can’t fix the past but you have our personal commitment to improve the way our customer support team serves every customer. Until then, please accept our sincerest apologies on behalf of everyone on the team. As for your store credit, that is really the only option that can be provided by the customer support team. You mentioned that the you got three units on one transaction, which means that you got a promo price for a bundle of three. It will be recalculated so we can get the refund value of just one piece. That is another reason on top of the exceeded timeframe. The store credit can be used to redeem many other useful and cutting edge products from the website. The choice is yours to make.

OMG they are paying $20 to people who give them a 5 star review on Trust Pilot and upload a youtube testimonial video. There is this app called Surkus and a lot of companies offer free products for honest reviews but this company thinks $20 will buy them a trust pilot review! No dude, this is about good business practices and people who have been sent free stuff shouldn’t comment in trust pilot bcs they are not customers!

BLAUX.... BLAH! BLAH! THIEF!!!
I ordered this portable AC unit ($98.94) and extra filters ($27.99) in August/2020. Blaus billed my CC on the date of order. I never received either the unit, nor the extra filters. I called the company several times to request a refund, though they never sent a credit/charge back to my bank. I thought about filing theft charges, but I have already spent too much time (literally, 6 months of back and forth emails), effort (expections of ethic/professional actions) and patience on this matter. I am a strong believer in KARMA. KARMA WILL FIND THIS THIEF-OF-A-COMPANY!!! I wish I had read the reviews on this company before ordering their products.

Until then, please accept our sincerest apologies on behalf of everyone on the team. We are currently finding a workaround for issues similar to yours since this involves the payment processor and not just us alone. We're not perfect and sometimes we may have issues. We'll own up to it and would do our best to make things right.

Bad company and bad products - SCAM
Ordered Item on July 5, 2020 and received items early September 2020 and returned and received by Blaux 9/15/2020. Said refund could not be processed due to the refund request being over 80 days. I have tried getting this refund from early October and nothing. Keep calling and getting the run around. This Company is BS. Supposed to be getting an email with a "store credit" and code to dfydaily.com to utilize my "store credit" here. I'm sure the products are crap just like the A/C units I initially ordered. Need to contact BBB and notify them. Please stay away from this company and its products.

Hi Vincent. We are sorry to hear about this feedback. We want you to know that we value your feedback and we are taking them into account as we further improve our overall processes. Good luck getting a refund!
Ridiculous product but I fell for the advertisements and tried it. Bought 2. Returned both, one of which still in box. Had to pay shipping. Promised refund, never came, now 4 months later and they are telling me they will deal with it, then never do, then send me a survey asking if I'm satisfied, then we go around the loop again- this company needs to be investigated and punished seriously.
