This unit did absolutely nothing. I had a temperature gauge in the same room and it did not lower the temperature 1 degrees. It ran around 8 hours and I changed the tray out, thinking this was the problem. It is worth nothing. How can I get my money back?

What a joke. After waiting 3 hrs for charge, it only ran 2 hours and hardly produced any air let alone cool a room. This is a cheat. DON'T BUY IT. I'm home bound or I'd return it. Instead ill use it in bathroom ans toss it whdn I find a legitimate potable ac.

Ordered the portable ac unit. It’s basically an expensive fan. Does not cool any room off and not even close to a 10x10 space as they claim. Unfortunately, I threw the box away so can’t return, but I would suggest spending your money on something else as the battery life does not last more than two hours (they claim 8) and all it does is blow air around even if you soak the curtain in ice water and fill the tank with ice water. Not a good product by any means and certainly not worth anywhere near $80.

I was reviewing the BLAST AUXILIARY PORTABLE AC. I decided to order one, as well as the lifetime warranty. Everything stated “BLAST” while completing the order. When I received the confirmation email, I didn’t notice the product ordered switched to the “BLAUX PORTABLE ACF832”, until I received the AC. Upon opening it I realized it was not what I ordered. Called customer service stating I wanted a return shipping label as this was NOT what I had ordered! I was told I had to return at my expense. Ummmmm…I don’t think so! Then I was offered a 50% discount which I also refused. It was either send me a label or I will file a complaint with PayPal. After being put on hold I was again told the same. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was informed they were not allowed to transfer calls to the supervisors. I wasn’t giving up and by the end of my phone conversation I received a credit of the full amount of $120, but would not hang up with the rep until I saw the refund had been processed and a refund was applied to my PayPal account. What was advertised (BLAST) and what I received (BLAUX) was/is a blatant misrepresentation!! AGAIN, SCAM DO NOT ORDER!! Unfortunately, I can’t give a review of the unit because once I saw it wasn’t what I ordered, it was put right back in the box!! After reading all the other reviews it sounds as if it’s a piece of junk.

I ordered 2 did not open right away as was not needed yet. Opened today. Both of them are missing the power adapters that is suppose to come with it. One of them had all the vent slats laying in the bottom. Every time I can get three back in they all fall out again. If I could rate this lower than 0 I would! I bought the G1 last year August 2020. Love this little device, however! ... the extra water curtain [filter] does not fit the device, and after calling, chatting, emailing, etc... I cannot get the original water curtain/filter that will fit the device. The people I talk to, just don’t understand, even after giving them all the numbers and pictures of the device. So, with that being said... it really cannot be used. Very disappointed and frustrating.

Do not buy total waist of money then they give u a hassle returning there junk good thing I payed with a master card I sent it back master card refunded my money all I can see it doing is causing mold with the moisture this product should have been banded from the market again it is a scam While your response talked up the product is m not the only one who left a negative feed back witch left this product a 2.5 star rating if it were a good working product the reviews would have been way better

Do not. I repeat do not buy or even deal with this company Blaux. We ordered three of them last year never received the product they wouldn’t answer calls they shut down their telephone system and redirected calls to an answering service that would just hang up. But of course they took our money. Which was thankfully refunded by the credit card company
