Product is fine. Tried calling many times with no success of talking to anybody.

The item purchased was high quality and was exactly what I wanted. So that is why they have received 3 stars. However, the customer service is severely lacking. Originally my package was being sent to an incorrect address so I attempted to contact customer service to fix the error. I received an email asking for the order number, which I then provided, and never heard back. After receiving my package (as it defaulted to being delivered to the billing address provided) I then received a 2nd package containing the same item I had already received. The 2nd package arrived to the correct shipping address. I have tried to contact customer support to return the 2nd and unused item, however I have not heard back after 2 attempts.

Did not receive my full order and I did the chat that says we answer immediately but no one ever got back to me. Other than that service was good.

Several system issues w/ ordering and being charged for shipping when it should have been included. The system had an issue with updating info. when the order was filled and shipped. Customer service was responsive and shirts were soft. Sizing wasn't the best. Ordered a small is a few styles of the same brand, tank tops were too big, another shirt style was too small of the same brand.
