This last experience ordering product form you was not good. I had difficulty reaching a company rep regarding my order. I had conflicting emails. One informed me of an item out of stock. I replied to substitute it. I even received a phone call from a customer rep telling me the same thing over the phone. I received and email stating that the order was cancelled. So I tried ordering again. Next thing I know the product arrived. All was very confusing. All my prior orders were awesome, accurate, no complications, and fast. Hopefully this was the only hiccup.
