Total sh!t show, website was having issues with bill to/ship to... spent an hour trying to rectify that, finally had them call me and confirm everything which went well. An hour later....items are out of stock. I have used them 22 times in the past but the last 2 or 3 times have been a waste of time and money. Better and less expensive options are out there if you look.

Next day shipping is not true. It's been over a week, and my shipment is still pending. After speaking with customer service, they told me they didn't have the sizes I wanted - only one size left. I was given a choice to get a refund, or have that one size shipped. I wanted the one size shipped, and no movement and no update has been given regarding it. EDIT: Customer service chat is non-existent, however, if you call you'll have more luck. Everyone is super nice and was very patient with me. Received a refund on the items that were out of stock, and will HOPEFULLY receive the other items soon. Changed from 2/5 to 3/5 stars, will update when I receive the items.
