Placed order on the 5th at like 1am, website says 2-4 working days to deliver to the UK, it is now the 10th and still no delivery. I needed these brushes before the 12th as I have a wedding on that day and needed the brushes before 6am on that day. I wouldn’t have ordered had I known there was a likelyhood I wouldn’t receive them in time, however I naively trusted what was written on the website.

I ordered early yesterday morning and your site says dispatch same day if ordered before 1 or 24h and my order is still saying processing and no dispatch email order 28797. Tried to email but wouldn’t go through
Response from Blank Canvas CosmeticsAug 8, 2019
Hi Sharon, Thank you for your feedback. At normal times of the year we do guarantee that orders placed before 1 p.m. GMT will go out that same day, however during Sales Times, Black Friday and the Christmas Season, it may take a little longer due to the extremely high volume of orders. As we are currently running our Summer Sale, we are experiencing a huge volume of orders, so parcels are going out as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience and your order will be dispatched shortly. Deirdre, Customer Care, Blank Canvas Cosmetics.
Annabel
Very fast delivery. Happy with my purchases, free makeup brush which is always a bonus. Brush shape on one/two of the brushes had contorted a bit but I'm guessing they will sort themselves in time. Happy overall.
Response from Blank Canvas CosmeticsAug 6, 2019
Hi Annabel, Thanks for your great feedback and comments. We're sorry to hear that one of your brushes arrived to you slightly contorted. This should go back into shape/can be reshaped when it's damp/freshly washed, however, if it is still appearing to be slightly out of shape after this, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help you with this. Deirdre, Customer Care, Blank Canvas Cosmetics.
