Appalling service- ordered a F20 foundation brush and paid through PayPal. Within a minute of putting the order through I realised that my Paypal was linked to an address that I lived at 6 years ago. I contacted Paypal immediately re mistake. I found however customer service unhelpful and I never got my brush or refund. Would not recommend.

Originally I bought 3 kits for Christmas for presents. And one of them was re sold to another customer. It was frustrating as I had to get another present for that person at very short notice

Very Disappointed! Having ordered 3 items and looking forward to receiving them after hearing such positive reviews about their products, one of the three items (contour pallette) arrived damaged. I made contact with Blankcanvas Cosmetics I was assured they would replace item and they would pick up the damaged item from my address. Never received replacement no contact with me thereafter. Christmas came and went nothing. Pretty clear to me Blankcosmetics have absolutely NO INTEREST IN CUSTOMER CARE!!!!
