The brushes I got I loved until one of the brushes tops separated from the handle, I’m very gentle with my brushes and I hand wash them when I contacted customer service telling them about it and saying I had no receipt, they said to go back to where I bought it with my receipt! It has happened so many of my brushes and my friends brushes and the team are not helpful in anyway.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry that there has been miscommunication regarding this issue. We do ask customers to return any issue products to the original place of purchase with their receipt as the pharmacy/stockist may be able to provide them with a new brush/product there and then if purchased within 30 days. This is a quicker option for the customer in resolving their issue. Alternatively, we are always happy to help customers with any issues, however this can take a little longer to resolve as we may need the product posted back to us and then if deemed to be faulty, a replacement is sent out. If we recommend that a product is returned to the original stockist/pharmacy, this is for the customer's own convenience and also to save the customer postage costs in returning their issue product to us. I have ordered item well over two going on three week. The shipping isn’t even updated for over twelve days. I haven’t received my brushes to even write a good review about those if I wanted too. So far horrible experience with this company especially for spending $80.

Hi Abby, We've contacted you privately at [email protected] We're sorry that you've experienced a delay in receiving your parcel. however tracking on your parcel shows that it was delivered to you on Saturday, 31st August at 14.42 Your order was placed on 17th August at 17.32 and shipped to you on 19th August. It then travelled to London Heathrow International Hub and then onto the United States. It took a few days there to clear customs before it was assigned a delivery route and delivered to you on Saturday. We're sorry that tracking wasn't updated, however once a parcel reaches the delivery country, it is up to the postal service of the delivery country to provide updates on tracking. Unfortunately we have no control over the customs process/postal services of any country. We're glad that your parcel has now reached you and apologise on behalf of the postal services for this delay.
