I have yet to receive this even though…
I have yet to receive this even though I ordered it on December 2, 2019. Should not take a in excess of a month to receive. Love the product, but this experience has not been good at all.

They messed up my order
They messed up my order, so I called them and they sent it right away. And gave me an additional bottle of product! So I ordered 4 more products. I love this stuff. Especially the shampoo and hair hydrator! Thanks Rocky

The products are great
The products are great. Did wonders for my hair. But the communication was a little off. I ordered the stuff but it took 4 days to get a confirmation email, and a week and a call to even get the tracking number for the order.

The purchasing was easy, but the fact that I did not receive an email with a confirmation number or a tracking number was a bummer.

The shampoo and condition feels and smells very natural without a ton of ingredients and stuff in them. It made my hair silky actually
