Hi Glen, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We investigated and discovered a replacement was indeed approved, but due to an oversight it never actually shipped out. We apologize for this and are now expediting that shipment to you. Regarding the design of our Hair Hydrator bottles, there is a reusable lock just below the trigger that normally ensures no product is lost in transit (or when you throw it in a travel bag) but on rare occasions a bottle may suffer damage during shipping. The current bottle should provide a good blend of sturdiness and convenience, but we are always seeking to refine our designs. Our efforts to learn about your specific situation may have left an unfortunate impression, but rest assured we were only trying to get as much information as possible so that future issues can be prevented for everyone! Please contact us at [email protected] if we can do anything else to follow up or help in any way.
