Definitely gives me the energy boost I need without the normal crash. If your low tolerance to caffeine,I wouldn’t suggest using the full scoop. I use 1/2 scoop and it does the trick for me. Flavor is awesome as well. I chose sour gummy bear and I would definitely do it again.
