Have not received my supplements after awaiting four weeks was supposed to receive on October 5 Emily Clasen is your representative and she refuses to send me any further messages concerning any shipments the last iMessage that I received from her status. She was sending me a new shipment with no tracking number. You guys can figure it out.

Greetings Jose, First and foremost, I apologize on behalf of Blackstone that you never received your order and that it has been so long without any communication from us. I have done by best to retrace the steps of what happened. It looks like your original order was marked as delivered on October 5th, as it was supposed to be, but there's an identical order in our system that was intended to be shipped to you after you spoke with Emily. For some reason, this order was marked at shipped in our system without any tracking attached. I have instructed our shipping department to reship this new order and you should receive tracking today.
