Used for cruise drop off and pick up from a hotel. It was an amazing experience. Our drivers were Marcelo and Rogerio. Both were amazing to work with and I would use them again 100000%.

I use Black ride for my family of seven leaving from Fort Lauderdale going to Miami. There was a little mixup with time, however, the owner was more than hospitable and accommodating to fix the issue. The sprinter van used very nice. The driver was great as well I will try them again in the near future.

Exceptional service! The limo company exceeded my expectations with their professionalism, punctuality, and luxurious vehicles. Our driver was courteous, knowledgeable, and ensured a smooth ride. Every year we take cruises in Miami and Fort Lauderdale once or twice. We have always used several transportation companies and since we found Black Ride everything has been perfect, always on time, good vehicles and excellent drivers. I truly recommend them.

We had 4 Transfers for our large group of 17. They were excellent, communicated every time with us, previous to arrival and they made it so easy. If I ever come back especially with a large group or family Blackride is who I’m using! We had 2 families with 4 kids under 6 they provided seats and made it super easy!

I am beyond pleased with the excellent service we received. From my first call to their company, everyone I spoke with was a pleasure to communicate with. The entire process of booking and managing our transportation was simple and quick. Our driver Joh, was incredibly professional, and we reached our destination at the port of Miami for our cruise with ample time to spare. Upon our disembarking, we needed to change our pick-up time, and they accommodated us without any issues. BlackRide has exceeded my expectations. I will most definitely be using them for our next cruise. I will highly recommend them!

I had a great and professional experience with Andrea who met me at Fort Lauderdale Airport on 3/21/25 and drove me to our hotel. Vehicle was comfortable and spotless inside and out. Andrea was outstanding and I will use again and recommend to anyone.
