Why, Why would you not!
Amazing, Why? 1) No base charge 2) Military discount 3) No absorbent charge if I don't use the KWH of policy or if I go over. 4) The same amount of use that cost me $280 with my last provider now cost me $160 My experience has been nothing short of excellent.

No savings
I was told that my new rate would save me money but my bill just keeps going up and up???

Thanks for your feedback, Kevin. Even with a lower rate, bills can increase because they are tied to your usage. The more electricity you use, the higher your bill. Additionally, fees from Texas-New Mexico Power have steadily increased over the last couple of years, which is out of our control. Additionally, recent winter weather has contributed to higher bills for customers with electric heat.
