Two weeks ago the electricity in my house blinked couple times while my washing machine was working which caused to make it stop working! I don't know who it the responsible on such things Second I was thinking I'll save some money when I switched to you but I was wrong! Last bill I received it is one of the highest bills I received since I live in this house which is 6 years This a reply on your reply, my house wiring and electric are all fine I live in brand new house 6 years old no issue at all on wiring so it is not reasonable to put blame on something you don't know about by guessing! I notice that issue of the quick off/on power since I started the service with you and I think that easy for a company like yours to see that in thier reports of power stability, anyway I loss one of my appliances because of that. And for sure switching to another provider right after my contract end

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, when it comes to the delivery of power to your house and outage issues, there's nothing we can do to assist beyond pointing you in the direction of your regional TDU (transmission and distribution utility). If there are electrical or wiring issues in your walls that impact your home's power reliability, we would recommend contacting an electrician. As far as your bill amount goes, we understand how frustrating it is to receive high bills. This summer has been very, very hot, which means you're probably relying on your air conditioner more than normal. Your AC is responsible for the majority of your bill during these months. We recommend that you set your thermostat between 76-78 degrees during the day and turn on your ceiling fans to save money. Additionally, keep your blinds and curtains closed during the hottest hours of the day. At night, set your thermostat to 72 degrees and continue to rely on ceiling fans as needed. Your ceiling fan costs significantly less than your AC to operate. Another factor that will increase your bills are the delivery charges from your regional TDU. These fees have increased by over 50% in the last few years, pushing bills higher than Texans are used to. If you have any questions about how to get in touch with your utility company/TDU or are interested in more energy-saving tips, please contact us at [email protected]. Replying to your response: As a REP, we do not have insight into your home's power stability. There are no reports or data available to us about an individual customer's home related to voltage drops, surges, or micro-outages. This is because REPs do not manage the actual delivery of power to your home. That is the responsibility of your regional utility, Oncor. You can reach them at 888.313.4747 to report outages or at 888.313.6862 for general requests/inquiries.
