My order came missing products. I’m so disappointed. I wouldn’t buy at this store again.

No updates on my order
I placed an order on October 4th, 2021. So far no updates for it. In the web appears an order delivered to another address, while also received another tracking number through mail which haven't been shipped or no updates from UPS. So here I am waiting for an order that I don't know if its lost or when I'm going to receive it.

I never received my product….
I never received my product write many times and I have never received a reply! total disappointment!

The product did not work at all and…
The product did not work at all and left a bad smell after I washed my hair it been and a couple weeks and there is still a faint smell. Do. Not. Buy. This product it is a waste of money

The delivery was very fast
The delivery was very fast. Unfortunately the product is bad. It does not work. I have straight hair, I buy it because I live in Miami and it is very humid. The product does not help at all. Leaves my hair stiff. It is expensive. Very disappointed
