My product was stalled at the Miami port and then flagged as "damaged". BKeratin immediately processed a new order and re-shipped a new product at no new cost. They were considerate and helpful throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend BKeratin. I made a purchase on May 5th, 2020 and it arrived yesterday (May 12th). The box was perfect and so the product. I have to say I got really impressed by their commitment and how organized they are (I got the tracking number only 1 day after the purchase). Their prices are fair and affordable, being a Brazilian I know how hard is to find nice products to my hair over in US and they saved me.
