Fast response and delivery
I received the product really fast considering it was coming from Brazil and during Coronavirus time. Have yet to try the product but it smells and looks like the salon product that was used on me.

This is the second time that I…
This is the second time that I purchased the first shampoo. The first time was great it helped so my with my curls and it made so much easier to blow dry my hair. However the he second I didn’t get the same results, I felt that the shampoo was very watery this time and it didn’t make the foam effect. It still helped with my curls, but it’s not as good as the last time. I don’t unsdestand why. I love this product and I still want to purchase more in the future. I would appreciate if you guys could look into that. Thank you!

Hi Ruama, unfortunately, the Sweet Hair Brand presents a variety of color and density from batch orders that we receive from them. There is not so much that we can do in this respect.
