Ordered January 15th it is now February 6th and still no delivery.
Response from Bkeratin ProfessionalFeb 6, 2024
Hello Stefanny, how are you? As I informed you via WhatsApp, your package was awaiting clearance from Customs in Brazil. Unfortunately, the inspectors are on strike and that's why orders are taking longer than usual to be cleared and exported. We're sorry for this delay, but it's out of our control as sellers. I've checked the tracking and the package has been released and is already in your city on its way to its destination! Any questions, we are at your disposal. Best regards, Bkeratin Team

This website sells a product call plastics dos fios. It is a scam. I purchased the product and when I removed the label it says VOID OPEN. I emailed them about the issue and they blocked me. I have pictures emails to prove it.
Response from Bkeratin ProfessionalDec 13, 2023
Hello, we're sorry to hear about your bad experience with one of our best-selling lines, but we can assure you that all our products come with an invoice and are purchased directly from the factory. Void seals are security labels recommended for applications that allow seals to be applied to resistant surfaces such as plastic, metal or glass. Once applied, any attempt to remove the void seal reveals a security message (VOID, VOID OPEN, etc.) both on the body of the seal and on the surface to which it has been applied, making tampering obvious. That's why we want to help you solve the problem, contact our service team: [email protected] Best regards, Bkeratin team.
