Dr. H.
Run from this company as fast as you can. They required me to send $35,000 up front due to our file being complex and to fund us $750k. After six weeks of back and forth, jumping through hoops, moving the goalpost every week, providing everything they asked, they ultimately did not fund us the $750k. We asked for the $35k back, and they had the nerve to say that the $35k was to cover their time, work, and due diligence... even though we never agreed that the $35k was for due diligence, but for the $750k deal that they said they had approval on. They knew all about my past issues and history with previous fundings I got over six years ago, but they still tried to say that they weren't aware of situations that they clearly were aware of before they told us they had 750K approval for us. They required 35k upfront to overlook those issues due to the higher risk and we paid it. After jumping through all their hoops for 5 weeks and doing everything they asked, they finally said on Thursday, July 2 that we would be funded on Monday, July 6... then magically when Monday claimed, they demanded another $5,500 before they would fund us. We obviously refused to pay any additional funds upfront. We offered to pay the $5,500 out of the funding, but they refused. We also offered to accept their other approval for 500k, which only required 25k upfront and decreased their risk by 33%, but they refused that as well... which why we are demanding a refund. It was only after we posted this negative review did they contact us again, saying they would move forward with a 550k deal, but only if we removed the negative post first, which we will not do. If they do the honorable thing and refund our 35k, we'll edit this review and acknowledge them doing the right thing... but if they don't, this review will stay up. They had every opportunity to do the right thing and refund us our $35k, but have refused, now we're reporting them to the FTC, the New Jersey Attorney General Office, and letting our attorney handle this. I've never dealt with such a dishonest company as this in my life. It's out of my hands now, but I would never recommend this company for anybody.

We are disappointed by this review because it omits several critical facts that directly impacted this transaction. Contrary to what is being alleged, this transaction had progressed to the point where funding approval was in place, subject to the successful completion of standard underwriting and final verification. Our team spent more than a month working diligently with Jeff and Traci, investing substantial time and resources to help them secure financing despite numerous challenges that arose throughout the process. During our due diligence, we identified material discrepancies in documentation that had been submitted. Specifically, a settlement agreement provided in support of the transaction could not be verified. After contacting the creditor directly, we confirmed that the document did not match the creditor's records, raising significant underwriting concerns that prevented the transaction from moving forward. We also determined that the company's ownership structure did not satisfy the investor's minimum eligibility requirement of a 51% majority owner. Based on the documentation provided, Jeff and Traci collectively held only a 49% ownership interest, meaning they did not meet the investor's required ownership threshold and were not eligible for this funding program. These issues—not a lack of effort or commitment on our part—are why the transaction did not close. Throughout the process, our team devoted extensive time to underwriting, due diligence, coordinating with investors, and working to overcome multiple obstacles in an effort to make the transaction successful. While we understand the frustration that comes with a transaction not closing, our responsibility is to our lending partners and to the integrity of the underwriting process. We cannot proceed when material discrepancies are discovered or when an applicant does not meet the investor's documented eligibility requirements. We believe prospective clients deserve the full context of what occurred. We remain committed to conducting thorough due diligence, operating with transparency, and treating every client professionally throughout the financing process. We stand behind the work our team performed and wish Jeff and Traci the best moving forward.
