***SCAM*** STAY AWAY FROM THIS “COMPANY” *****SCAM ALERT*****

Greg, works every angle to get the best deal for his client. I have worked with Greg on multiple deals for our business. He is very knowledgeable, and he works with the underwriters to get better terms for his clients every time. I would highly recommend Greg to all of my friends and colleagues needing help funding projects.

I own a franchise, and initially, I was quite skeptical about going through the arduous process of obtaining hard money. However, this company approached us with open arms, displayed exceptional friendliness, and provided straightforward guidance throughout the entire process. They were incredibly accommodating and worked diligently to ensure that we had everything we needed. As a result, I am committed to working exclusively with them, as they have successfully secured a Line of Credit for our company amounting to 45,000.

Greg is friendly, efficient and tenacious. He gets it done!

I have had many deals through Gregory and have very pleased. I would only work with him.

Greg did a fantastic job of making sure all the paperwork was in order to complete the funding. Greg has worked with me for months on securing this deal because it was complicated but he didn’t stop.

Gregory Monturi was excellent. Without question he went above and beyond. Coming from someone who pays attention to detail, he really exceeded all expectations and I am really thankful for that. An amazing experience. Thank you for everything.

What can I say, Greg and his team are aces!! They helped guide me through a process with ease and made sure our funding came through. Greg truly goes above and beyond for his clients and makes you feel like family throughout the entire process! Will definitely use Greg and his team again for any future needs! Thanks Greg!
