Broker they use is horrible
The broker you use and partnered with is unprofessional. Once they got my business, they left me without options. I will never do business with you or your broker again.

Hello, While we are terribly sorry for your experience, it seems that you were working with a third-party entity / broker that has no direct affiliation with NewCo. We currently work with over thousands of independent third-party brokers that submit business to us and have strict guidelines that govern conduct and standards. We strongly discourage Merchants from compensating Brokers directly and suggest you review any agreement that you signed with that entity for services provided.
