The problem is that the underwriters, lender and broker aren’t all on the same page about what is being offered. So you need to read the contract carefully to make sure it is what was discussed. Make sure to ask for your prepay figures before signing. It’s also important to note that although this is an unsecure loan the contract says that they have a general right to all your assets - which I do not believe can be true, given the type of loan it is. Finally you will have a UCC filed - which is not necessarily a terrible thing, but it does tell lenders that you were once in need of an unsecured loan which may not be the best thing. Even when you have paid it off, a UCC will stay on the record (although it will reflect that it has been paid). That being said, I was able to talk to customer service and get my contract changed (after signing) to reflect the numbers assured to me in my dealings with the broker. Make sure your correspondences are concise and finalized over email not verbally on the phone or simply over text message. This will ensure a better chance of having your contract reflect your negotiation - but be aware that the broker calling to offer the deals is not the actual lender and the lender has the ultimate say, so read the contract, as I said.
