BizBuySellReviews of bizbuysell.com

We did get leads !

I could not find a local agent interested in listing my business due to it's small size, so I listed my income tax practice on BizBuySell in mid July (2021). I used the Showcase Listing that costs a little under $500. My account rep was Mia Seagraves, she was friendly and helpful. I received 6 or 7 reply's from interested parties and sold the business in November (2021). So BizBuy worked fine for me, and saved me about $2K by avoiding a real-estate agents commission.

Just a dishonest company with no way to cancel but report to my bank as fraud...

Sleazy, dishonest company. There is no way to get in touch with them. To cancel they give you a fake email address or require you to fax a cancellation like it's 1993. Stay away.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a year and a half. Biz buysell keeps taking the money from my account and does nothing when i call

I signed up for 3 months and after that they charged me 79.95 to a different credit card of mine. I canceled the card that I used to charge the 3 months so this wouldn't happen and somehow they had access to a different card of mine.

The "Brokers" either send you information about listings you did not inquire about, will not answer any questions but sends listings of industries you don't inquire about or they just do not respond at all. It can't be a coincidence that after I input my information I stated getting bombarded with spam calls from scammers that know my name, phone number and email address.

Company is pathetic, Just grab your money then run away--no support, no help at all once you sign up! Worse yet NO views nearly at all--this is a SCAM, don't waste your money!
