I never made my listing public and only after 3-4 days decided to not sale. I received a call asking if I needed help completing the listing. I explained I wanted to cancel and get a refund. I never heard back from them. I called them to get the ad canceled and get a refund and was told NO. I said why can't you do that if the listing was never made public. They said it did not show anyone had called and I was outside of their Grace Period. Donald "The Manager" was rude and had very poor customer service. At the very least I should have been offered a partial refund. BEWARE THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!

SCAM SITE!!! These are NOT Businesses for sale, they are a fake company that scams people through various fake websites including this one! It is owned by BizBuySell Ecommerce, LLC. I utilize Google satellite maps to locate the business location. It's actually a rundown shack in the middle of an abandoned parking lot!! So, yeah, they're totally not legit and they're actually in trouble with the state of Wyoming for not paying their taxes and the IRS. Hard to pay taxes off of revenues that are all achieved by scamming!

Website is good, my issue was that the broker(excellaundry) listing the business refused to give me any info about the business after I filled out the NDA form. They said they will not co-operate with me because I have a real estate license which has nothing to do with me trying to buy a business.

Worked for us. Took 6 months at the most expensive listing ($229/month). We had about 60 inquiries, most not serious. Met with 3 serious prospects. Found the right person who found us from Illinois (We're in Florida). We have a small service business and we are happy with the service and results.

I have never gotten a call back after inquiring on a few different businesses. I even filed a complaint requesting help. After that I called and still no help. I cannot imagine trying to sell something on this site!!! If it would allow for zero stars I would have given them a zero

I did find a viable business to purchase, so a couple of months ago I was trying to cancel the subscription. I couldn't find an easy link to cancel, or any link at all for that matter. I was not in a position to make a phone call at the time, then I got busy. This month I was charged for another year and have yet to be able to cancel the subscription via internet or phone. I actually had to leave a message and hope someone calls me. Still waiting...

The book was a great reference tool for us as we navigated through the selling process of our business. We had a buyer, however there are so many small details to be addressed. It is very well written and easy to find the specific information that is relevant to your circumstances. I highly recommend it for anyone selling their business!

I listed a business for sale. In 3 days I have over 60 inquiries. Thats great! However, this lame website does not let you reply directly with each interested party. You have to write down their number and email and contact them off site. Really stupid in my opinion and I am a real estate broker that works on many different platforms... this is THE ONLY website that I know of that will charge you to place the listing and wont let you reply directly with your prospects. Extreme time waste that is not necessary with a simple reply button. As a Seller, we all have some kind of package to send to prospects when they inquire... and as a mobile society, we are often doing work on our phone on the go... There needs to be a reply option!!!!!!
