Easy to sign up
Easy to sign up, straightforward. Could offer a bit more of the details prior to signing up. Will hopefully never need it, but appreciate the extra cost assistance if we do need it.

I can not get through to anyone there…
I can not get through to anyone there at all revamp your whole system and make sure someone answers question or pick up the phone for some knowledgement

The cost for the insurance is definitely out of the ordinary. I will be covering all three of my dogs.

Nice to know if we need help
Nice to know if we need help, it is there. We had previous cats on two occasions , and they both cost us thousands of dollars that we really did not have, but we loved them, and so... With this insurance will we have a card to present to the Vets office?
